Baskin-Robbins cake!

Right after done with our Genetics Lab Test, few of us (Boon Kuan, Chin, Huey, Shing Kuang, Ming and Me) brought Shi Yen, the birthday girl to Baskin Robbins nearby USM........

We didn't tell her where we wanted to bring her to celebrate...

Since she said she wished to have a Baskin Robbins Birthday cake, we just fulfill her birthday wish and ate that super expensive cake lolz.

She was kinda surprised (really? lol) and happy when she had finally got to know actually the destination was the Baskin Robbins, after being misled to pizza hut etc... ahaha...

We ordered a RM70++ ice cream cake.. wow... it's not of big size ...

The workers there were quite nice, after taking the cake for us, we waited for some time... because Shi Yen's boyfriend was rushing to join us..

You know ler... ice-cream cake wor... surely it would start to melt after some while... I tried and asked whether they could help us to keep in refridgerator first as we were waiting friends.... certainly, they did it for us...

While waiting, we drank the plain water prepared by them too...

After her boyfriend reached, we waited for another friend, Tzyin who said wanna join us then...

Finally.... haha... as usual, sang birthday songs in several versions, make wishes, then blew the candles.. and then it's time to eat the special expensive delicious cake! hehehe..

It's my first time to eat ice-cream cake at Baskin, and it was my 2nd time to visit this shop.... also first time to some of others..

It's quite funny when we felt it's hard to cut the cake by using the 'plastic knife' given... we asked for help.... hehe... they cut the cake by using big non-plastic knife haha.... and the cake was nicely cut too~

The cake was quite delicious (I would prefer its ice-cream part over the cake sponge part.... haha), still it's too expensive =X

Since the cake was expensive, we just prepared a small gift for Shi Yen.. hope she wouldn't mind it!

Can't blame us... we are poor undergraduates =.="

Anyway, Happy 20th Birthday to Ann, Ong Shi Yen =)
