The Ceilings were Falling Down?

see this? This is the photo took at the living room of my house~
You can see the tiles... as the white ceilings were torn apart already....
why we tore apart the white ceilings? It's because... they were almost falling down ... as the result of being eaten by termites (not the ceilings being eaten but the 'pillar' (don't know what words to describe the wood as the support of the ceilings... @@)!
sigh... by the way, the tiles should be changed too as they were more than 10 years old already.. too old ler >"<
