Are you hungry?

Today, I didn't wake up late for the third which was also the last extra Chemistry Holiday class ~ but nobody drive me there so I had to walk, never mind lor... sees it as an exercise ^^

as usual, I go to my mum's bookshop almost every morning (during holidays only) and every afternoon (if got something to do then don't go), aiks....
haiz... it's like this lar, recently I always say that I want to be on diet, so I want to control and eat less ...
but ... whenever I go there, she surely give me this and that to eat... always use those food to lure me to eat >"<
those food.. is of high fat !!! e.g: ice-creams, cakes with cream, desserts ~ but sometimes not those ler.. sometimes fruits (fruits is okay ^^)
I like those food, of course !! But sometimes I reject my mum's temptation, she will become unhappy ~~ @@
sometimes I reject because I am really not hungry but full ... she thought I want to on diet and don't want to eat ...
I know, she scare I don't want to eat at all, she scare I will fall sick...

however, I am not that kind who will make myself so suffering just because of want to lose weight ! I just want to control the "volume" but not to eat nothing at all ~
I still eat as normal, breakfast, lunch, dinner ! For breakfast and lunch, I don't care so much but hopefully not to eat too oily food. I just care much for my dinner, I eat less rice but still with much dishes (vegetables, meats, etc...) and I eat till almost full ~
and... I just don't eat other food after the dinner ~ it's normal, right? hahahaha

lastly, hope my mum understand ! I am healthy with this eating manner ~ I eat everything that is edible ! Just don't force me to eat when I am really full .........

you know, at this stage, we're still growing, so it doesnt really matter how much we eat, as long as we dont exceed the limit. we cut down what we eat only after we've reach adult stage or old age.

taking the enough amount of food is just all right, it's not nessesary to fill ur tummy up as most chinese had this concept, are you full? (in mandrin), which is a wrong concept. you eat enough amount of food, not more than enough.

anyway, i repeat again it's this stage of life when we must consume the enough nutriens and vitamins, calsium, etc. work out, lead a healthy lifestyle, cut down on sugar based food if you think you're gaining weight.

lol i sound weird, talking bout this stuffs, like i'm a food consultant or something.

anyway i dont understand why all women care so much about what they eat. i mean, like how sometimes they looked decent and pretty enough, they still think that they're fat or something. i mean yup, i agree it's a girl's thing to look after their weight and figure, but.. argh, whatever.

i've once got a friend who thinks she's fat, while i dont. guess girls everywhere're all the same.

LOL... erm.. however, this post is.. yea.. i really think i'm fat.. but not really fat ler.. just a bit plump...
then.. surely lady want to be more slimmer as possible lor..
but i am just controlling.. and.. i dun think i'm still in the growing process ~ now 18 already lor..
and.. i really concern about nutritions also ^^
