my Left Arm
Now... my left arm... very very pain...
these few days, I always talking about the pain, pain here pain there, super bad fortune
"malang tidak berbau"
Today morning, once I woke up, I found that.... I couldn't move my left arm.... it was not on the bed but erm... how to describe leh... I lay on the bed (because sleeping mar) but.. my left arm was being controlled by me (when sleeping) to spread straight to the left side ( and I was sleeping at the left side of the bed, near the left edge) and then it was not on the bed already, I mean because I slept near the edge, my left arm was drop to the edge of the bed but not on the bed, hope you all understand what I am talking about.
I couldn't control my whole left arm, there was no response when I tried to move it, the left arm... was like not of mine. I had to use my right hand to pull it to put on the bed, and I felt the cold of my left arm/hand.....
gradually, the left arm gained back senses/consciousness/feeling (don't know how to describe again), I could move my left arm again... I was quite panic that time...
this incident happened, maybe because when my arm was at lower place, the blood didn't pass through the vessels and my arm was in the condition lack of oxygen.... (not sure though). When I put it on the bed, I could feel some pain ~ (maybe the blood passed through vessel? lolx)
Afterwards, why my left arm was pain? erm... maybe sprained because didn't move it for hours @ remained stationary in that condition lack of oxygen..
However, I know that many people experienced this before too... my mum and dad told me they experienced it before... it's too scary... O_O
In case... if my arm once again experienced this but with longer time... will it able to recover? or... I will lose my arm? O_O
I think I will sleep properly from now onwards... to avoid my arm to drop to the edge again...

dah jatuh atas lantai ke? hehe jk.

i thought it worked the other way round? blood hard to flow to higher place(higher than the heart)? i mean, that's what ppl do rite? when they got a cut on the hand they held their hands high over the heart level to prevent excess bleeding?

if anypart of ur body encounter lack of oxygen the cells may not do their things properly(i forgot the term, it's in bio), and the cells may die, then you'll have to amputate that part. like ur limbs. like how you tie ur fingers up, fresh blood cant reach that part, it'll turn black. like how fresh oxygenated blood cant reach ur brain and u'll go vegetable and all. hahaha, i sound scary.
anyway just wanna say be more carefull and conscious next time. i once dislocated my shoulder and i never knew it was dislocated(i fell). i felt strange, i tried to lift my arm and it went back in place. i never knew i dislocated my arm, so i never cared about it. that's my biggest mistake. we're suppose to nurse and heal the very first injury, for the ligaments and tendons need to recover and seal back themselves, but i didnt. i kept on with my usual activities and dislocated a few times and had it back. till one time when i was playing badminton it dislocated again and i cant have it back in place.
that was 3 years ago. 2 years ago i dislocated my arm again when i tried to trow the ragbi ball. since then i knew my shoulder must be cared at all cost. but i knew it was already too late, for the first injury was there and never was completely recovered, now it never will.
for the whole year, i took care of my shoulder, i did exercises, thinking that my arm was growing secure and stronger. everything was ok until one day when i was on my bike, this stupid school kid ran out into the middle of the traffic and i rammed into him, i fell and i dislocated my stupid arm again. that was the time we're having percubaan test, that's the reason why i never had my percubaan BI test. in total, i think i dislocated my shoulder 6 times or more, 2 times i needed the doctor to put it back, and 1 time i was sent to the emergency room and put to sleep, cuz the docs cant put me to sleep, even after 2 jabs, which is more than the normal amount, and i was still fighting(my muscles) and not relaxing.
wow, i'm blabling, consider everything i said craps, and u'll be ok.
take care.
i used to get this all the time... my hand will be like "tergantung" by the bedside and when i woke up, my hand is cold and couldn't really feel my hand existance... lolz... i found that it was fun!!! sometimes i just purposely leave my hand at that position so that it'll go numb and cold... just for fun.
swt... stupidcupid.. u found it fun... =.="
so scary yer...
arc, ur case is very serious leh... take good care of yourself ya ;)
