happy but sad ???

Happy>>>
Today, I was happy when I finally solve the spyware problem occured at the office's computer.
By using few free softwares downloaded from websites, finally... phew~~
Ad-Aware SE personal edition: http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Personal-Edition/3000-8022_4-10319876.html?tag=pop
Spybot search & destroy: http://www.download.com/Spybot-Search-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10289035.html?tag=pop
CWShredder: http://www.intermute.com/spysubtract/cwshredder_download.html
Hijack This: http://tomcoyote.org/hjt/#Top
Hijack This is a tool that lists most if not all know places on your computer that spy/adware is known to target. These include all software that starts up when you turn on your computer, everything that starts with your browser, items in the hosts file which may cause your browser to redirect to unwanted sites as well as many other things.
It's a complicated software to me so I referred to two tutorial websites
http://spywarewarrior.com/viewtopic.php?t=3624
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/htlogtutorial.html
These two websites : It will show you how and where to look up and research each item in your log, which tools and databases you will need and where to get them. It will show you how to tell which items are good or bad and how to know which items need fixing with HijackThis. It will also show you what these items represent in graphical form or provide a link to further information on the items so that you will know exactly what you are fixing.

After reading the tutorial websites for the whole afternoon, finally fixed the problems.

Sad>>>
After that, I was sad... why? I felt sadness when I received the call from my mum telling me that the cat she reared died after two hours being knocked down by a van. It is my mum's loviest male cat named Lok Lok. The van driver claimed that he saw the cat ran away already while it wasn't~! He was driving the car at high speed even when he'd reached the destination already -- my mum's book shop.
So, that van driver was actually the person who was in charged to deliver goods to my mum's shop. In the call, my mum said she don't want to take goods from him anymore as he denied he'd knocked down our cat. Our cat was so innocent! In fact, our cat was lying beside the road in front of my mum's shop with its yellowish friend (another cat). Maybe it thought the place it was lying was inside enough /safe to avoid being knocked down. However, if that van driver didn't drive at such high speed, our cat would have enough time to ran away... haiz... what a pity~! My mum was really really sad...
