Peanut Cookies

wah... really really tired! Baked peanut cookies from 7.30p.m. till 1.20a.m. @@"
and I have just woke up at 12p.m. because I slept at 4a.m. yesterday!

The baking took long time because I made much... used about 1kg of the peanut!
That's much ... and I have only 2 trays, "working" alone at first, then helped by my younger brother for a while (he did some easy chores which wouldn't touch with oil..)..
After that, he went for "yum cha" after his friend called him! sigh.. bad brother...
ok, then since my grandmother kept asking me whether I need help or not, and I think she likes to do too.. then, I asked help from her ...
If she didn't help me, I think... till 2a.m. I still couldn't finish!
She helped me to roll the peanut dough into ball shape; well, I did the chores that I asked my brother did before he went out, such as glaze the pre-baked-ball-shaped-peanut cookies with beaten egg, put the tray into oven, take the tray out of the oven ....
these things are hard to be done by oneself, as while we are rolling the oily dough into ball shape, our hands would get "dirty" and oily, and it's better to do the 'little' chores with not-oily hands.
*when I baked alone, I had to wash hand to go and take out the tray and put in the not-baked tray..! so troublesome...*

yo... the final product~ Peanut Cookies

Lots of cookies baking in my house too. Pineapple tarts, peanut cookies as well, and etc... But i did none of those. I actually hate that my house filled with the "butter smell". I dislike butter, i dislike its taste, its smell, not to say having my hand to touch them. That'll be a big NO-NO. Well, there was a quote "hardworking mom brings a lazy daughter". That applies on me 120% correctly. I can say that your mom are lucky to have you doing all that.
